“Spirituality in the 21st Century”, "Spirituality in Politics and Business" and "Spirituality in the Workplace" are two well received workshops that Dr. Wolman offers to business, academic and private participants. Attendees have included students from Harvard University, members of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and Boston based law firms. These workshops make use of the PsychoMatrix Spirituality Inventory and provide practical as well as theoretical feedback.

With his wife Peggy Wolman, Dr. Wolman offers workshops on "The Psychology of Attraction", The Use of Personality Profiles" and "The Role of Spirituality in Personal Relationships." “Why People Change: The Psychology of Influence” is a course that Dr. Wolman has taught at Harvard for many years in the College and Summer School. This popular course examines personal change from the classical points of view of Freud and psychoanalysis to the present understanding in terms of neurological research and modern psychotherapies.

Dr. Wolman has also lectured to the Family Law course at Columbia Law School as well as been a guest lecturer at the Mediation Course of Harvard Law School.

As a member of the faculty for the Advanced Family Law Mediation Training of the American Bar Association, Dr. Wolman offers a psychodynamic perspective to the intricacies of the mediation process.
